HIGH HOLY DAYS SERVICES IN DESERT HOT SPRINGS

Known collectively as the High Holy Days, religious services for Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, and for Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, will be held at Mission Lakes Country Club in Desert Hot Springs. Sponsored by The Jewish Federation of Palm Springs and the Desert Area, admission is free to Jewish residents of the Morongo Basin and Desert Hot Springs. Rosh Hashanah services will be held on Sunday and Monday, September 29 and 30. Yom Kippur services with a break-the-fast meal will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 8 and 9. Memorial Yizkor and concluding services begin at 4 p.m. on Yom Kippur. Those planning to attend must RSVP.

Yom Kippur Services
Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 10 a.m.
