High Desert Beekeepers meet this Saturday (10/25)

The High Desert Beekeepers Association meets Saturday (October 25) for their monthly gathering. Their topic for October is reducing hive size by removing supers. Do you need to replace the queen to have gentler or healthier bees? They want to hear your bee stories and adventures, and what’s going on in your hive. The meeting begins at noon at Rainbow Stew.

Later in the day, the Yucca Valley Flute Circle returns for their regular meeting. Join the circle to learn from other flute players and to play as a group. Available accompaniment includes rattles, drum and other musical instruments. The Flute Circle meets at 4:00 p.m. 

All of this programming is happening Saturday at Rainbow Stew, located at 55509 Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley.
