At tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors, the board will be asked to review a list of contractors who have applied to be considered for constructing the lateral connections to the Yucca Valley sewer project. The board will also review the sewer assessment loan program. And under action items, the board will be asked to approve an additional $390,000 for a contract with Atkins North America for engineering services. Tonight’s meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
