HI-DESERT WATER TO DISCUSS CHANGING ITS MEETING TIME TONIGHT

The board of directors of the Hi-Desert Water District will hold a regular meeting tonight. Reporter Keith Bailey fills in what’s on the agenda…

First, the board of directors for the Hi-Desert Water District will hear a report on the projected reserve funds, and receive an update on the grants applied for through the Mojave Water Agency.

Next, the directors will be asked to approve the purchase of a new water quality vehicle.

The directors will consider approving a mid-year budget for the district’s water fund.

Finally, the directors are expected to approve a resolution that will change the meeting times of the regular board meetings.

Tonight’s regular meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
