The first agenda item that will be discussed is the review and approval of a new resolution that, if passed, will add a new paragraph to the District Municipal Code which states that employees who retired on or after January 1, 2011 must enroll in Medicare Parts A and B. Following that, the board will approve the District Employee Vehicle Use Indemnification Agreement, a new legal document surrounding the use of district-owned vehicles. The meeting will conclude with the adoption of a resolution to change the wastewater employee shifts, with half of the employees working Monday through Thursday and the other half working Tuesday through Friday.
