The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a special workshop meeting at 5 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, May 31, at which the board will review and discuss the staff’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2018-19. The meeting will be held in the district office at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
