At the Hi-Desert Water District’s 5 p.m. meeting, the board is expected to accept a proposal for its Urban Water Management Plan, review financial statements for the year ended September 2020, and elect a new board president and vice president. Those items and others will follow regular reports and routine items on the consent calendar.
