At tonight’s meeting of the board of directors for the Hi-Desert Water District, President Roger Mayes will announce 2020 committee meetings and assignments for the board members. Next, the directors are expected to approve a couple of change orders that will save the district some money. After that, the directors will discuss approving a change order for Accela Accounting Software, to produce invoices for the district. Finally, the board of directors will discuss sewer assessment fees for Walmart, Panda Express, and Taco Bell. Tonight’s regular meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
