The sole action item on the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the HI-Desert Water District board of directors is a request to approve a purchase of mainline water pipe replacements for nearly $318,000. Tonight’s meeting is set for 6 p.m. in district offices on the south side of Highway 62 at Inca Trail in Yucca Valley.
