HI-DESERT WATER LOOKS AT $2 MILLION CONTRACT TONIGHT

At tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors, the board will be asked to vacate an easement in front of the JC Penny’s store. Next, the board will be asked to award a contract for a pump station for the sewer project for around $2 million. The board will also be asked to approve a bid for $64,375 to re-coat the floor at the Lower Fox Tank. The meeting will take place tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the District office on the corner of Highway 62 and Inca Trail in Yucca Valley.
