The Hi-Desert Water District board of directors will hold a special meeting tonight. Among the items on the agenda, the board will review the district’s urban water management plan. After a request to authorize the general manager to sign blanket purchase orders for goods and services, the board will hear an update on the wastewater system, followed by reports from management and staff. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. at district offices, at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
