The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. The sole item on the agenda is a two-hour training session on the Federal Emergency Management Agency. According to the agenda, other elected officials have been invited to take part in the FEMA training. The special meeting will be held in the water district office at Inca Trail and the Highway in Yucca Valley.
