The Hi-Desert Water District board of directors will hold a special closed session meeting at 5:30 p.m. tonight. The sole item on the agenda is a discussion with legal counsel about anticipated litigation. Tonight’s meeting will be held in the water district office at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
