Tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will be fairly routine. Amonth the items on the agenda, the board will be asked to vote for a candidate for the California Special Districts Association, and approve a proposal for developing an operations plan to implement the water district’s strategic plan. The meeting is set for 6 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
