Last night, directors for the Hi-Desert Water District voted to adopt a resolution establishing the sewer use ordinance, or the rules and regulations for the business and residential customers that will use the wastewater treatment facility. Finally, directors received an update from the Chief Plant Operator that the wastewater treatment facility’s first flush should take place on November 4.
