Among the items on the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District Board of directors, the directors will be asked to approve the final draft of the five-year strategic plan. The board will also be asked to approve an agreement with a consulting firm for $73,000 to administer a grant. Directors will also be asked to approve the 2016/27 budget and the wastewater budget, as well as establish an appropriation limit. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and the highway in Yucca Valley.
