The Hi-Desert Water District is replacing water mains in the neighborhoods located north of Onaga Elementary School. Beginning Monday, November 23, through January, motorists and residents may experience traffic delays due to construction. Monday, Onaga Trail will be closed between Hilton Avenue and Warren Vista Avenue.
