The Hi-Desert Water District will hold a special closed-session meeting at 5 p.m. tonight. The sole item on the agenda is a performance evaluation of the general manager. The meeting will be held in district offices of the Hi-Desert Water District at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
