The Hi-Desert Water District board of directors will hold a special meeting at 8 a.m. Wednesday. The sole item on the agenda is an approval of the loan agreement for private lateral sewer connections. The meeting will be held in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
