The Hi-Desert Water District will hold a special meeting at 5:30 tonight. Among the items on the agenda, the directors will be asked to approve the construction package of the wastewater reclamation project, and to adopt a resolution prohibiting the conversion of septic systems to sewage holding tanks, the use of sewage holding tanks for storage, and the use of tank and hauling methods of septic tank sewage removal. The meeting will be held in District offices on the Highway at Inca Trail.
