A single item is on the agenda for tomorrow’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District: the accrued interest owed to W.M. Lyles Contractor, in the amount of $185,225.81. W.M. Lyles has requested this payment per the California Public Contract Code. The members will also enter a closed session with legal counsel to discuss anticipated litigation. The meeting will take place tomorrow at 7:30 a.m. at the district’s office on corner of Highway 62 and Inca Trial in Yucca Valley.
