The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a fairly routine meeting tonight. On the consent agenda, the Board will be asked to approve a will-serve letter for the new Wal-Mart, vote for a candidate for the California Special Districts Association, amend the District’s codes concerning future agenda item requests and a travel policy for board members, and reduce the number of public advisory committee members to 13 from 19. There are no items on the action agenda.
