Hi-Desert Water District’s Board of Directors has authorized the refunding of its current debt through the issuance of revenue bonds. This will save the rate payers of the Hi-Desert Water District approximately $515,000. President Roger Mayes stated, “By taking advantage of the municipal bond market pricing, Hi-Desert Water District is working to reduce the burden on the citizens of the Yucca Valley area for the next 10 years.”
