At tonight’s meeting, the board of directors for the Hi-Desert Water District will discuss how to fill the vacancy caused by Dan Munsey’s resignation. The board can call a special election, or President Roger Mayes may appoint a new director to fill the seat.
Next, the directors will review multiple change orders related to the Wastewater Reclamation Facility Project. After that, the directors are
expected to increase the blanket purchase orders for general counsel services. This meeting will take place at 5 p.m. in the District’s offices on the corner of Highway 62 and Inca Trail in Yucca Valley.
