The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold its regular meeting tonight. Among the items on the agenda, the board will be asked to approve a draft hazard mitigation plan; update its conflict of interest code; and approve a contract for nearly $828,000 for construction oversight of the wastewater reclamation facility. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
