At tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors, the directors will be asked to approve a resolution vacating an easement behind Von’s; approve an agreement to revise a work report in the amount of almost $36,000; approve a bid of almost $39,000 for a new 4-WD Chevy pick-up truck from Elk Grove Chevrolet; and approve the lease of a copy machine for 60 months for nearly $40,000. Tonight’s meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
