HI-DESERT WATER CLOSES OFFICES TO THE PUBLIC

Effective immediately, the Hi-Desert Water District offices are closed to the public in response to the new Coronavirus-related Regional Stay at Home Order. Offices will remain closed until further notice. Hi-Desert Water District employees will continue to assist customers with service, billing, and other issues by phone, fax, email, and online. Bill payment, service requests, and information on sewer connections may be found at HDWD.com. Payment and completed forms may also be deposited in the drive-thru drop box in the district office rear parking lot on the highway at Inca Trail in Yucca Valley. Or call 760-365-8333 for other payment options, leak reporting, and other inquiries. Customers applying for sewer connection financing and need a pre-approval letter, should contact Ryan Hutchins at 760-228-6279 or [email protected].
