At its regular meeting tonight, the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors will swear in its directors and elect a new president and vice president. Other items on the agenda include a progress report on its strategic and operations plans; award a bid of $69,000 for repaving a portion of Onaga Trail; and approve change orders for the sewer plant and pipeline package. Tonight’s meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
