At tonight’s meeting of the Board of Directors for the Hi-Desert Water District, the members will hear an update on the Mojave Water Agency, and receive a report on smart meter functionality and efficiency. They will change engineer services from Adkins to Carolla. The members will also vote to approve a $36,000 contract with RHA Landscape Architects Planners Inc., for the Wastewater Reclamation Facility.
