Among the items on the agenda for tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Water District board of directors, the board will be asked to upgrade job titles and descriptions, convert a temporary position to full-time, and add new positions. Tonight’s meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. in the water district’s office at Highway 62 and Inca Trail in Yucca Valley.
