The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will hold a special meeting tonight. On the agenda, the Board will be asked to authorize the purchase of pipeline materials, four new trucks, an excavator, and various media devices and equipment. The Board will then be asked to approve the remaining 2013-14 joint funding agreement between the District and the US Geological Survey. Next, the Board will hear an update on the wastewater project, followed by directors’ reports and comments. The meeting starts at 6:00 in District offices on Inca Trail and the Highway in Yucca Valley.
