The Hi-Desert Water District will hold a special closed session meeting at 4 p.m. today. The sole item on the agenda will be a conference with legal counsel over anticipated litigation. The meeting will be held in the boardroom of the water district offices at Inca Trail and Highway 62 in Yucca Valley.
