Tonight, the Hi-Desert Water District will convene for a meeting to discuss a few new items. The first agenda item will discuss the assessment of private wastewater facilities, in particular, the Sage Estates, in assisting the second and third phases of the sewer project.
Following that will be a discussion on updating the district’s purchasing policy.
The board will then vote on a resolution to provide credit adjustments to non-residential customers’ sewer fees in the instance of a sewer leak. Finally, the board will vote on a housekeeping item, to decide whether or not employees who drive a district vehicle must sign the District Employee Vehicle Use Indemnification Agreement.
