Among the items on tonight’s agenda for the Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors, the board will be asked to approve a special two-hour training session of emergency management procedures for directors. The board will also review the district’s purchasing policy, hear an overview of the California Public Records Act, and hear updates on the wastewater sewer project and the state revolving fund. Following the meeting, the board will go into closed session to negotiate price and terms for easements for the sewer project on 28 properties.
