The High Desert Homegrown Poultry Association meets tonight, (January 24) at 6 p.m. at the Yucca Mesa Community Center. Anyone who either has chickens or other poultry, or who is interested in getting started with them is invited to come. Bring your questions and best tips on raising poultry. Children are welcome. There is no charge for the meeting, but donations for use of the building are welcome. Yucca Mesa Community Center is located on 3133 Balsa Ave. just north of Aberdeen on the Mesa.
