Marwin Begaye is an internationally exhibited printmaker, painter, and nationally recognized graphic designer. His research and art have been concentrated on issues of cultural identity, especially the intersection of traditional American Indian culture and pop culture. In a new online exhibition called “Feathered Relations,” sponsored by the Hi-Desert Nature Museum, Begaye creates a conceptual homage to birds through prints, intricately carved wood blocks, and colorful multi-media works.
