The Hi-Desert Nature Museum wanted to know what residents were doing in their daily lives to take care of our planet. Residents were urged to send in photos and a short essay describing how they were taking care of our planet. The winners were announced Thursday: Cheyenne Bonnell; Hannah Campbell; Simone Steger; Nancy and Dan Black; Lin Rhys; Nora Wolfe; Judy Massey; and Albert Perez.
