The Hi-Desert Medical Center Board of Directors will hear from the two organizations tonight that are courting the hospital with affiliation proposals: Tenet Healthcare, and Strategic Global Management. Following the presentation, the board will vote on which organization to partner with. The board will then go into closed session to discuss trade secrets. The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Helen Gray Education Center Boardroom on the hospital campus in Joshua Tree.
