Manage your diabetes, don’t let it manage you. Learn more about your diabetes from Hi-Desert Medical Center’s registered dietitian at their monthly diabetes class. Starting November 7 at 11 a.m., classes will take place the first Wednesday of each month, in the Helen Gray Center on the Hi-Desert Medical Center campus in Joshua Tree. See all of their upcoming classes and events that cover a range of health care topics, from quitting smoking to yoga sessions.
