Hi-Desert Medical Center’s Hospice program has volunteer opportunities available for people who want to give practical and emotional support to hospice patients, both in their own homes and in skilled nursing facilities. Volunteers receive training, guidance, and appreciation. Upcoming training sessions are on January 29 and 31; February 5, 7, and 12 from 9 to noon.
