The director of Marketing and Business Development at Hi-Desert Medical Center has resigned. Joe Ruddon announced in his resignation letter Tuesday that he plans to assume the position of director of marketing and public relations at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Ruddon had been employed by Hi-Desert Medical Center for nearly 12 years.
