At tonight’s meeting of the Hi-Desert Medical Center’s Board of Directors, directors will hear an update from the consulting firm that is helping them in the search for another healthcare group with which to merge. The Morongo Basin Transit Authority will give a presentation to the hospital’s foundation. Following routine reports, appointments, re-appointments, and policy recommendations, the directors will hear a presentation on facilities management. And finally, under the action agenda, the Board will be asked to approve an amendment to the waste treatment plant agreement with the Joshua Basin Water District.
