The Hi-Desert Memorial Healthcare District Board of Directors meets at 6:00 tonight in the Helen Gray Education Center on the hospital campus. As always, the public is invited to attend. The single item on the action agenda calls for board authorization for the finance department to initiate a three-year contract with an auditing firm. Also tonight, the board will receive a year-end review from the District’s Foundation President, Dean Moore, as well as a Progress Report on the District’s Waste Water Treatment Plant. Those actions and others are in addition to regular committee reports and items on the consent agenda.
