Nearly half of caregivers in the U.S. report high emotional stress levels. The Hi-Desert Hospice in Joshua Tree will host a seminar entitled “How to Be You When Caring for Others” on the importance of taking care of yourself, while caring for others. The seminar covers various topics including the importance of exercise, hobbies, personal time, and self-identity. The event will take place Monday, February 24, from 11:30 a.m
