The Hi-Desert Cultural Center’s gallery in Greater Joshua Tree has formed a new partnership with the renowned multi-national art gallery, ARTCO, and will once again open its doors to the public on December 11, with a new name—the Joshua Tree Gallery of Contemporary Art—and a new exhibition. EMERGENCE fills the gallery with the photographic artwork of celebrated photographers Michael Childers and Gordon Clark. The gallery’s opening night for EMERGENCE runs from 5-9 p.m. on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Sunday, December 12, the exhibition’s special hours are 1-5 p.m. The Grand Gala is on January 21, from 6-9 p.m. The exhibition closes on Sunday, March 13 at 5 p.m. For more details, go to their website jtarts.org
