The Hi-Desert, Joshua Basin, and Bighorn-Desert View Water Districts have closed their offices. Hi-Desert Water District says its offices are closed today; Joshua Basin and Bighorn-Desert View Water Districts say their offices will be closed until further notice. All three water districts assure their customers that their water remains safe to drink. Staff will be available to respond to emergency service calls. Bills can be paid online or by mail, or by dropping off your payment in a drop box.
