The Hi-Desert Water District Board of Directors will meet at 5 p.m. Wednesday, January 20. Among items of interest, the board of directors will discuss proposals for legal counsel, and select one of the proposals.
Then over in Joshua Tree, the Joshua Basin Water District board will be asked to approve a budget increase of $150,000 for Well 14, the district’s main water producer, which would bring the cost of repairing and cleaning the well up to $650,000.
