At the Hi-Desert Water District’s 5 p.m. meeting, the board will name a new member to replace Sarann Graham who resigned in July. And at Joshua Basin Water District’s 6:30 p.m. meeting, the board is expected to approve write-off of $20,000 in bad debt from fiscal 2019/2020.
