The Fourth Annual Hi-Def Fringe Festival, an event showcasing innovative, boundary pushing theatre and performance art in the Morongo Basin and beyond, will be accepting artist applications for its 2021 festival, beginning February 15 through April 1. Prospective performers can complete the application package at: Application – HI DESERT FRINGE. This year the festival will be an online experience, featuring a new addition called the FFF, Fringy Film Festival, which will now include short videos and films.
