Caltrans expects lengthy delays on Interstate 15 from Temecula to Las Vegas, Interstate 10 from Beaumont to Indio, I-40 from Barstow to Needles, and heavier traffic than usual on Highways 91, 60, 215, and 210, through Monday. Motorists are urged to travel in the early morning hours if possible.
